(1) If the Council of Justice recommends a person for the appointment of a judge of the Supreme Court, the Secretary of the Council of Justice shall send such recommendation to the Legislature-Parliament Secretariat for the parliamentary hearing to be held in accordance with Article 292 of the Constitution.

(2) If sent for a parliamentary hearing as per sub-section (1), after a parliamentary hearing has been held, the Legislature-Parliament Secretariat has issued a written statement stating that he is qualified for appointment to the post of a judge of the Supreme Court, or in the event that no decision has been made regarding such a hearing, in the event that there is no hindrance to the appointment in accordance with the prevailing law, the Supreme Court The person recommended for appointment as a judge of the court should be sent to the President's Office by the Secretary of the Judicial Council to be submitted to the President for appointment.
